Welcome! We hope you will join us in person or online at
11:00 a.m. each week.
We aspire to live our mission with passion, generosity, and intentionality.
We would like to invite you our 150th Anniversary! Three locations and six names later, we are still here. We'd love for you to come enjoy festivities, a history exhibit and fellowship with us in December. We'll have some of our previous pastors present, our founder Carl Charnquist's descendants, and a worship service featuring several of our church groups that rent our space.

Memorial United Methodist Church is committed to the well-being of every person entrusted to its care. We strive to create a safe place for all of God's children. Safe Gatherings is an online abuse prevention program that screens and educates staff and volunteers to help prevent abuse of children, youth, and vulnerable adults in group settings. We have been and continue to be a Safe Gatherings location.

Communion: Giving and Receiving the Bread and the Cup
The United Methodist Church offers an Open Table for sharing Holy Communion - ALL who desire to seek a relationship with Jesus Christ are welcome. This congregation believes that it is God's invitation that draws us to the Table, not the pastor's or our own initiative. Please come to the center aisle to receive the elements by intinction (you will be given a piece of bread to dip in the one cup of grape juice). We will have a tray with packets of gluten free (GF) bread and single cups of grape juice as an option and if you need us to come to you in the pew, we will gladly do so. Let us know as we walk down the aisle. Communion is offered the first Sunday of every month.
